Job Summary:The Resource Industries Aftermarket - Senior Marketing &amp; Sales Operations Representative serves as the aftermarket sales expert for both the Electric Rope Shovels and Draglines products. This role provides consultation to various business partners, dealers, and customers by regularly collecting voice of dealer (VOD)/voice of customer (VOC) for new product introduction and distribution needs, as well as defining and developing unique customer centric solutions that will support services growth. This role works with all levels of management to collaborate on industry and product specific growth plans, and the development of merchandising programs and sales variance management. SENIOR MARKETING & SALES OPERATIONS REPRESENTATIVE
