Our customer, a major oil and gas producer, is looking for a contract Administrator – Mine Training for a 1 year term with the possibility of extension. This is a camp based position out of Ft.McMurray with flights provided from Edmonton or Calgary. It is an 8/6 schedule. &nbsp;The successful candidate's primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the Trainers and the department with organizing and scheduling the training delivery and of record keeping. &nbsp; RESPONSIBILITIES: •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Act as the primary point of contact for training-related inquiries from employees and contractors&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Provide accurate and timely training data reports to Mining Leadership&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Perform data entry, record maintenance, and information retrieval&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Manage and update training record systems to ensure data integrity&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;LMS Coordinator: &nbsp;Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure compliance with training requirements for all Mine Operations, Mine Maintenance, Tailings, Dewatering, Geology and Mine Technical •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;AMSA Coordinator: &nbsp;Register applicants, credit learning profiles, and submit quarterly billing •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Maintain up-to-date staff training data across all training matrices •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Develop and maintain the training calendar, coordinating events and departmental schedules&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Track, analyze, and generate training statistics and reports&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Accurately enter and monitor daily time sheets&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Arrange accommodations, flights, and site access for vendors as required&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Provide and maintain employee contact lists, expense forms, and office requests •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Coordinate vehicle PM schedules, repairs, and logbook documentation&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Coordinate the development, review and revision of Mine Operations practices &amp; procedures •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Mine Operations Procedure Coordinator: &nbsp;Support the formal procedure review/approval process by managing, monitoring, and reporting the McLaren status of each document •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials and documentation&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Record, distribute, and archive meeting minutes&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels of office supplies and training materials, placing orders as required •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Act as the first point of contact for department IT-related issues, including CBTs, computers, and printers&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Provide support/backup coverage to other areas of the business HEALTH, SAFETY &amp; ENVIRONMENT&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Comply with all Health and Safety Requirements established by client •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Know and comply with all regulations and legislative requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act for the Province of Alberta and environmental standards •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Follow safe work procedures and ensure all personnel comply •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Report any injury or illness immediately •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Report unsafe acts and conditions •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ensure Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is available and is worn where and when required QUALIFICATIONS&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Grade 12 or GED is required •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Secondary education or office administration and/or training certificate would be an asset •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;2+ years of experience in administrative or training administrative position is required •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Understanding of the operation of mining equipment and processes would be an asset •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Proficient computer skills and Microsoft Office is required •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Previous experience with data management, record keeping, and document management systems would be an asset •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent written communication skills and detail oriented •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Able to work in a team environment or independently •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Enjoys creating and promoting a positive work environment •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Willing to learn and seek new opportunities and challenges We thank all applicants for their interest in working with Roska DBO and this position; however only those selected for an interview will be contacted.&nbsp; Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada without restrictions, and be willing to undergo pre-employment screening including drug and alcohol testing and a criminal background check.&nbsp; Roska DBO Inc. is a customer-focused operations company with a 30 year track record offering expertise in production and equipment solutions on well sites and facilities.
