You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive turnaround plans, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets while collaborating closely with the Area Manager for strategic support. Foster a strong team culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans, stay informed on industry trends and emerging opportunities, and work collaboratively with senior leadership to support long-term growth and sustainability initiatives.Operational Management: Oversee the safe, efficient, and compliant daily operations of the waste management facility, including the collection, transport, sorting, recycling, and disposal of materials, while focusing on efficient resource utilization and waste reduction.Health, Safety &amp; Environmental Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations by fostering a strong safety culture, implementing relevant protocols and training, and monitoring operations to reduce environmental impact.Quality Assurance and Compliance: Implement quality control measures to maintain a high standard of service, carry out routine inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, and oversee the management of permits, licenses, and approvals for waste management operations.Client &amp; Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
