BOXX Modular rents, leases, repairs, renovates and sells temporary and permanent commercial modular buildings, including standard buildings ready for immediate delivery and custom-designed new-manufactured solutions. We work with our customers to plan and provide workplace solutions, and supply additional services such as delivery and installation, furniture rentals and moreBOXX Modular has a full-time position available for a Visual Content Specialist. The selected candidate will work from a Home-Office setting and can reside in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas; Atlanta, Georgia; the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario or in Calgary, Alberta.The successful candidate will work closely with the MSS Marketing Manager and the outbound marketing team to build on existing marketing efforts and scale marketing’s visual content to the next level in the U.S. and CanadaThe ideal candidate would be someone who is energetic, creative, and detail-oriented. They will manage and execute visual content marketing, including photography, videography, graphic design and more, to support the outbound marketing and sales teamsResponsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement visual content strategies that align with marketing goals</li><li>Stay up to date on visual content trends and best practices</li><li>Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, engineering, project management, and other departments</li><li>Communicate clearly and effectively with external vendors, agencies, and stakeholders</li><li>Create a visual content calendar</li><li>Enhance and maintain brand guidelines</li><li>Graphic design, including designing brochures, print ads, and templates using the Adobe Suite</li><li>Perform photo and video editing and retouching; work with vendor when expert editing is required</li><li>Oversee design, production, and revision of 3D Model marketing assets</li><li>Act as project manager/creator for photo and video shoots, including planning shoots, scheduling photographers, working with agency partners, coordinating with sales team and their customers for on-site work</li><li>Visit branches and customer sites across the U.S. and Canada to capture photo and video content</li><li>Improve visual content on the website, social media, sales collateral, etc.</li><li>Organize and manage all of Marketing’s visual content and assets, including naming conventions, version control, and archiving</li><li>Perform other tasks and duties as directed</li><li>Travel between 25-50%</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3-5 years related professional experience</li><li>Experience in the construction industry a plus</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize simultaneous requests</li><li>Goal oriented self-starter that is highly motivated and seeking career advancement</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills; cross functional interaction will be required</li><li>Proficiency with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)</li><li>Graphic design experience</li><li>Proficient photography and video recording skills (expert a plus); lighting and staging knowledge</li><li>Proficient in photo and video editing</li><li>Documentary-style video creation experience a plus</li><li>Proficient in 3D modeling software a plus</li><li>Experience with social media a plus</li><li>Must comply with all company employment policies&nbsp;</li></ul>For more information, please visit <a href="https://www.blackdiamondgroup.com/" target="_blank">www.BlackDiamondGroup.co</a>We are an Equal Opportunity EmployerBlack Diamond Group Limited is committed to diversity, equal opportunity and ensuring that our employees have the ability to thrive in an inclusive environment.
